Measuring Your Kitchen

We’ve provided measuring instructions so you can give us an idea of what your project might look like. By giving us accurate dimensions, we can get a head start on your design. Don’t worry about measuring every detail—all measurements will be verified prior to production.

You’ll need graph paper, pencil and a 25’ tape measure and you’re ready to go!

Step 1
Start at one point in the room and measure the wall length from one corner to the nearest door or window casing (the outside of the trim). Then measure the overall width of the window or door opening (including the door and window casings). Continue the procedure proceeding around the entire room until you return to the starting point.

Step 2
Measure the height of the ceiling. Note any interruptions (beams, ducts, etc.)

Step 3
Complete the Design Wish List. Include any pictures, layouts or ideas that may aid our designer in completing your plan.
